Position Summary
The primary responsibility of the Electrolit Brand Ambassador: Summer Team is to build brand awareness for Electrolit in their market by trialing product with new consumers, supporting events and assisting the sales team in various promotional, marketing, and sales needs as directed by management to help promote the Company brand. The Brand Ambassador will report to the National Field Marketing Manager of the Company. This position will be working with sensitive information therefore it will require an NDA.
The Electrolit Brand Ambassador: Summer Team, is full-time (37.5 hours /week). The role starts May and runs for 16 weeks.
This role is dynamic and creative. Working hours are not Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.This role values flexibility and availability to work on some evenings and weekends.
Principal Duties
- Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for the Electrolit Brand.
- Assist management in identifying communities, events, and sampling opportunities outside of the current market to influence and propose company products.
- Attend events, working alongside influencers to promote the Electrolit brand.
- Travel to and assist in sampling activities in various community events across your province.
- Travel to stores to complete store checks, perform merchandising tasks, and sample store staff and customers as directed by management.
- Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers as directed by management.
- Report on and summarize event and sampling executions and outcomes.
- Manage and adhere to travel and expense policies and guidelines.
- Other responsibilities as directed by management.

2. Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality.
3. Creative mindset, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative.
4. Immersed in student life on their campus and understands collegiate landscape, city and region.
5. Desire to learn and apply new skills, especially in marketing and sales.
6. Strong Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices.

Qualifications:
· University enrollment
· Fluency in English & French (additional languages an advantage).
· Must have own vehicle.
· Full, valid Canadian driver’s license with a clear abstract.
· Available to work evenings & weekends.
· Willing to travel locally up to 85% of the time.
